Heliosphere has decided to disband. The decision comes after a long lull of activity and much soul searching.

A final EP, "Digressed Aggression" is planned to be released sometime in mid-2011.

Both William and Andrew would like to thank our fans for all the love and support over the years.

Heliosphere is very happy to announce their long-awaited return to live performances! After a 6 month layoff, (which was preceded by another 8 month gap) Heliosphere will finally be playing another live show. The band hopes that this is the start of a string of many more performances on a much more timely basis. Joined by Madison's Sensuous Enemy and Louisville transplant DJ Spleen, Heliosphere once again takes the stage at Minneapolis' Ground Zero on Friday, October 9. Doors open at 10pm, cover is 18+/$8, 21+/$6. Ground Zero is at 15 4th St NE, Minneapolis.

Three new remixes are now available for download! Heliosphere is very proud to present a remix of "Secrets In Motion" from the album "Hands On Nation" done by none other than Rotersand! Also released are two extended mixes of two DJ favorites from "H8", "Reserved" and "Children of Sand." All three remixes can be downloaded for free.

Heliosphere is proud to announce the release of their new album "H8"! This is the first release of entirely new matieral since 2007's "Hands On Nation." "H8" is the band's most eclectic and diverse release yet. With tracks ranging from anthemic trance to digital hardcore to Heliosphere's signature sound -- as well as a trio of remixes -- everyone is sure to have their own favorite song.

The single "All Eyes Nation" and the album "Fade Away" have now been made available for free download. These releases are also currently available via iTunes and Amazon, however, Heliosphere has decided to make these releases available directly to fans on heliosphere.net.
